I want to help you with…
Couples Counselling
Relationships often face challenges, and that's completely normal. While relationships can bring joy and fulfillment, they can also become complex due to differences in communication styles, trust issues, emotional needs, or past experiences, including trauma. Whether you're navigating conflict resolution, rebuilding trust, or seeking to strengthen emotional intimacy, couples therapy or relationship counselling can help you return to a place of connection and understanding.
Conflict Resolution
You can expect a neutral and supportive environment that fosters open communication, active listening, and effective problem-solving. My approach prioritizes collaborative conflict resolution, helping you navigate misunderstandings and power struggles with fairness and respect. Together, we’ll work toward peaceful solutions that promote understanding, rebuild trust, and restore harmony, ensuring you feel safe and empowered every step of the way.
Family Counselling
Seeking parenting support through counselling can offer a secure and supportive space to navigate your parenting journey, celebrating the positive moments while addressing challenges like managing tantrums, setting boundaries, or fostering emotional resilience in your child. Together, we’ll explore your unique role within your family dynamic and positive parenting strategies to help you feel confident and supported. I’m dedicated to listening to your concerns and helping you build stronger connections within your family.
Addiction & Substance Use
Is substance addiction negatively impacting your life? Substance abuse can harm relationships, cloud judgment, and devastate your physical and mental health. As a clinical counsellor, I play a crucial role in addiction treatment by helping individuals gain insight into the factors that drive their substance use, learn coping strategies to handle cravings and triggers and establish a robust support system for their recovery. Let's walk together towards lasting sobriety and overall well-being.
Grief Counselling
Grief is a deeply personal and unique journey, differing for everyone. I understand that the grieving process can bring a complex range of emotions, from sadness and anxiety to loneliness and anger. Whether you are coping with the loss of a loved one, grieving after a miscarriage, or seeking support for traumatic loss, grief counselling can provide the support you need. Through compassionate bereavement support, counselling offers a safe space for emotional healing.
Mental Health
Numerous people turn to counselling or therapy to tackle a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, and other mood-related conditions. Through therapy, I offer a supportive space for individuals to share their challenges, uncover their root causes, and cultivate effective ways to cope. We can improve your mental health together!

If you want to work with me but don’t see your concern, please know I am keen to hear from you. I’ve worked with many concerns and may have experience working with yours, too.
